With no chocolate chip in sight to add to my pancake batter, I reached for the Oreo Cookies, crumbled them up, and folded them into the batter! The kids were absolutely thrilled with our new fun pancakes! Try it out one morning as a fun surprise!
- I crushed most of the cookies into a fine powder but left big bits, and pieces for big Oreo flavor. Look at that big chunk of cookie. 🙂
