Pro Tips

Hudsonville makes Blue Moon flavored ice cream that is sold in most grocery freezers, but if you can’t find it look for another blue ice cream like birthday cake or cotton candy blue ice cream.

Shark Fin: Try to break the Oreo cookies into two halves, but don’t stress if it is not perfect. A jagged edge is actually great for a shark fin.

Recipe Variations

Flavors: Easily change up the flavor with extracts. A coconut extract or banana would be good summertime flavor choices.
